Account, profile, and switching companies

Keep your name, home address, email, and password current; switch between your workspace and an employer; and understand account deletion.

Where account settings live

Open More → Settings and tap the avatar icon in the top right to open the Profile & company sheet. Everything about you (name, home address, email, password, company membership) lives in that sheet. Company-wide settings live in the main Settings body underneath.

Edit your name and home address

Tap Edit name to set your first and last name and Edit home address for your start-of-day address. myPoolFlow uses your home address as the default starting point for route optimization in Schedule.

Change your email or password

Change email updates the address we send password resets to. Change password (or Set password if you signed up via a magic link) updates your sign-in password. Both require you to be signed in already.

Switch between your workspace and an employer

If your account belongs to a company you joined as a technician, the profile sheet shows two buttons:

  • Switch to my company — use your personal workspace (your own pools and customers).
  • Work at <employer name> — work inside your employer's company (their pools, their routes).

Whichever you pick, that becomes your active context. The dashboard tabs, customer list, and inventory all reflect that choice until you switch again.

Delete your account

At the bottom of Settings there's a Danger zone card with Delete my account.

If you want to step away but keep your business intact, promote another team member to admin first (see Team & invites), then leave the team instead.
