What counts as a pool?
Every active body of water — pool or spa — counts against the cap. Suspended customers and historical records don't. Move a pool to suspended in the app and it stops counting on the next billing cycle.
What about customer payments?
Card and ACH payments flow directly into your own Stripe account. Stripe's standard processing rate applies (see stripe.com/pricing). myPoolFlow takes no application fee or markup on those transactions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing inside the app at any time. Stripe prorates the cycle for you.
