Service locations & pool settings

Configure per-property defaults that apply to every pool at the same address — gate code and preferred technician.

Open the service location sheet

From any pool detail screen, tap Stop settings in the app bar to open the service location sheet. Anything you set here applies to every pool at that street address.

Gate code

Type the gate or lockbox code, tap Save, and technicians see the code when they navigate to the stop. If the gate code changes, edit it here and every future visit gets the new value.

Preferred technician (admins only)

Use the Preferred technician dropdown to assign a default tech to a property. When you add the stop to the planner, that technician is suggested automatically — useful for VIP customers or routes that one person knows best.

The pools map

For a visual overview of every service location, open Stops and tap the map icon in the app bar (or use Service map on the planner). Pins are grouped by address; tap a pin to open the address detail and any pools at that property. Apple Maps powers the view on supported iOS versions; other platforms use OpenStreetMap.
