Open team chat
Tap the Team chat tab. The tab only appears when your company has at least two members (solo accounts skip it). You land on the room list showing the Everyone room plus any group chats you're in, ordered by last-updated time.

The Everyone room
Everyone automatically includes every current member of your company. New teammates join the room when they're added; departing ones leave it. Use it for company-wide announcements and general coordination.
Create a group chat
For smaller conversations — a crew on a big job, two technicians coordinating a swap — tap New group in the app bar.
- Tick the teammates you want in the room (at least one besides yourself).
- Give the group an optional title so people know what it's about.
- Tap Start group chat.
Send messages and attachments
Tap a room to open the thread. Type a message in the composer at the bottom and tap send. The paperclip icon attaches photos, PDFs, or other files where supported. Typing indicators show when teammates are mid-reply.
